This is the must-have. I call this the Prada of Knives. This is the one (and only!) knife you need, and the good news is that it will alst you your whole life. So shell out for the Prada. I adore it for its classy good looks, heft and sharpness of blade (which retains its edge very nicely!) and curved blade which allows for "rockability" during chopping. This means you work less, as the knife works for you.
