Kithaus K3 (2005)
5 people recommended this item
Description
If I had a million dollars I'd buy the smallest posh port-a-house (like this Kithaus from DWR) and the largest, wildest, remotest property with the rest of the dough. OK, maybe I'd get two or three Kithauses for pals to come stay and stuff. And another Kithaus for all the toys one needs for knocking around pristine spaces (be they surfboard-y, ocean-y toys or wheeled, ski-y types of mountain toys). And another Kithaus all for books. And one for horses.

I can get behind these chilly little rocks that don't dilute a cocktail. They'd also be handy for a too-warm wine or beer, right?

My girls on the mountain are going to be so jalouse of my leather grip Roxy poles. Speed Racer poles are so last lifetime - the racer-chaser era is ancient history. It's the raclette-and-cocoa era. The leather-grip era. The "How cute do these poles make my butt look?" era. The "Backcountry's fine if someone takes off my skins" era. An era of cocktails over Camelbaks. Of brunch. Of Après. And it is good.

Buying gifts is great and all but do ever find that a lot of times its impossible to buy gifts for a person unless they like what you like? If only my Dad liked Sephora and Saks as much as I do.
Well here is the solution and mine you, the ultimate solution!!! A Gifts.com gift certificate. Seriously. This is WAY better than any other gift certificate. Why? Well because it works for like every retailer under the sun. I can use it at Starbucks, Sephora, Saks, GAP, TJ Maxx, Macys ... you name it and it probably works.
This is a gift that you can't screw up and it will save you a ton of time. You can thank you me later. I'll wait.
OH and did you notice you can personalize it? Yep, that's my pretty little face on the card. How cool is that?

Description
Rebecca Turbow, my compatriot in grey love, has made a fetching circle-pocket dress of silk jersey. And as far as value goes, priced at a recession-friendly $150 there's no grey area. I might even call it a silver lining.
