Ryan De La Hoz was born in 1985, into a world where the "Rescue Rangers" and "Spiderman And His Amazing Friends" were on Television. He frequently formed his tiny hands to emulate the three fingers of Nightcrawler, and also to hold a pencil. He continued drawing and eating sandwiches daily, all the way through school. This later inspired his friends to begin calling him "Deli" a moniker he kept with him when he began to exhibit his art in galleries. Today he lives and works in San Francisco California where he interns at a local art gallery and continues to hang his art wherever it is requested.
