Trend in design?

Clothing for the upper class is gonna be longer with more volume of material (making things flutter and fall in layers) but simpler with sharp cuts giving a fierce look. My Source: Parisian Runways. (they're very clairvoyant in trends) This'll be showing up in Holt Renfrew soon enough.

Fad that will fade?

I think tights and clingy clothing will fade. However looser dresses that are worn with tights won't die down for years, they'll just be worn with very long socks. ;)
