MegaChi Pendant by HighChi Energy Jewelry

4 people recommended this item

Description

Part crop circle, part sun, part symmetrical ...

This pendant is beautiful - and reminds me of a Mandala, a walled garden, and the planets aligning ... anyone could use a little more of this in their Universe.

Sun. Moon. Time. :) I see it all in here...

Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

Description

I'm allergic to everything. This cleanser is the only thing I can use that doesn't turn my skin an offensive shade of red!

Bonus: when my paintbrushes need an extra assist getting the paint out at the end of a day of work (or play) this stuff does wonders loosening somewhat dried paint. Good thing...

Description

When things get out of control busy in my life, I love using my sense of smell to relax myself... This perfume is the most relaxing, yummy, vanilla and apricot smell I've ever bought.

It's not too cloying, not too heavy, not too sweet... just ... well... just right!

Moroccanoil Moisture Repair Shampoo

First to recommend

Description

I'm obsessed with Morocco -- Iron lanterns, brilliant dhurrie rugs, and amazing textiles and tile. This shampoo's spicy and exotic scent is spot-on.

More importantly, it smells incredible and detangles my knotty hair. I don't have all day to play around in the morning getting ready, so having a good shampoo, conditioner, and their yummy oil really help me wrangle my hair into shape on the way to the jobsite.

Lincoln Park After Dark nail polish by OPI

First to recommend

Description

This is my all time, can't beat it, go-to favorite nail polish color. They've reinvented it this season in a Matte finish, but the color just can't be beat.

Summer, winter, any skin tone or tan level... this color just works! I loved it so much I had some pillows made for my office to match it's timeless color -- Eggplant/ Indigo blue with a touch of brown...

Tell me what you think, but if you haven't tried it, remember this color next time you get a pedicure!

Description

Scented candles are the secret to making a home instantly inviting. This one is like sugar-covered lemons-- sweet yet citrusy fresh.

Real Estate agents have long known the secret to making a home seem fresh and new is a good candle. Potent (but not overpowering) candles like this one from Capri Blue go a long way to making my clients feel comfortable and luxurious at home.

About Evangelista:

Come say hi on Twitter at EvangelistaLA!!

Give me your problems, your storage issues, your color and product challenges!

My company helps clients do EVERYTHING for the home, including furniture and paint changes, closet and drawer organization, major renovations and upgrades on the home.

Some of our best recent projects are:

-Design all finishes on a massive Brentwood remodel using only eco friendly materials! Staying within mid-century design style and updating the systems to cutting edge...
-Remodel a guest bathroom in one week!
-Move a young couple into a new home and plan all the furniture and room colors
-Help a woman transition into a home with her boyfriend and two kids! Lots of closet planning and space reorganization
-Do a massive remodel on a couple's first home before they moved in, getting them in the home in time to give birth to their first son! No kidding, the 9 month pregnant mom-to-be helped me select and design everything. Go moms!
-Replace crown and base molding to make a guest room and hallway look more grand
-Install tankless hot water heaters for many clients, saving plenty of $$ and energy costs, and avoiding the problem of leaking water heaters!
-Fix leak in pool. And no, I didn't swim to find it!
-Design and add on a bathroom to help a young family use their home better.
-Select appliances on a budget to fit a retro kitchen remodel. Space useage is key!
-Refinish floors in a darker stain color. We get asked to do this for almost all of our new home buying clients! Ask me about dust free floor refinishing!
-Retrofit drawers in a bathroom to give client more storage. Don't we all need this?
-Move an older client into his home while he is resting offsite.
-Design custom sofa and reupholster coordinating dining chairs. The chairs were over 50 years old! They look dynamite...
-Add railing for safety and expand retaining wall to increase yard for client with children.

... and so many more!
