Leighton Meester aka Blair from Gossip Girl was wearing this dress on TRL. Very sweet and innocent, plus the belt makes it very flattering as it nips in the waist. This dress is perfect for a lunch date or a day at the office.

I picked up this little number in black today at F-21. I was in need of some cheap-o dresses to hit the town in on Saturday nights. Since I never repeat Saturday ensembles it was necessary to not spend over $20. But you know what, I bet you I can wear this again with leggings and different accessories for a daytime look.
