Grace Welch is founder and president of patemm & company in San Francisco, CA. She is the mom inventor of the patented, award-winning patemm pad: the ingenious ROUND diaper changing pad that parents/caretakers and media have raved about. Grace resides in San Francisco, CA with her husband Marty and their 3 amazing children: Patrick, 7, Emma, 5, and Jack, 2. The Welch's are expecting their 4th child this December.
