About Me

Grace Welch is founder and president of patemm & company in San Francisco, CA. She is the mom inventor of the patented, award-winning patemm pad: the ingenious ROUND diaper changing pad that parents/caretakers and media have raved about. Grace and her patemm pads have been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch, People Magazine, The Washington Post, DailyCandy, Parenting, Life & Style, Real Simple, Parents, ABC's The View, CBS News, and many other media outlets.

Grace resides in San Francisco, CA with her husband Marty and their 3 amazing children: Patrick, 7, Emma, 5, and Jack, 2. The Welch's are expecting their 4th child this December.
