Betty Fraser and Denise DeCarlo, co-owners of the popular, Los Angeles, CA-based As You Like It Catering and award-winning restaurant Grub, have created a niche for themselves in a highly competitive field. The Grub Gals have also caught the eye of the entertainment industry with recent appearances in five episodes of NBC’s “Recipe TV, The World’s Greatest Chefs,” the Food Network’s “Rachel Ray’s Tasty Travels” and “Weighing In,” and ABC’s “Trendspotting.” Betty was also seen in the second season of the Bravo Network hit “Top Chef” as well as cooking her “Ba-Da-Bing Betty’s Grilled Cheese Sandwich” with Al Roker on “The Today Show”. The dish was chosen as the winner of a “Top Chef” competition and is now served on TGI Friday’s menus throughout the world.
