I absolutely adore this store. I stumbled upon it on Queen Street in Toronto years ago. I own a few pieces (okay 4 dresses, 2 skirts, 3 shirts and a jacket) and can't wait to buy more. I receive compliments every time I wear any of it. The shop is owned and staffed by women - they design the clothing and the prints, they silk-screen the fabric and sew up the dresses right there. AND, they'll even teach you how to do it yourself! They will even tailor dresses off the rack to fit you. They are all so nice and helpful and pretty. Sigh, I can't wait to go back.

These get me through every cold and flu season - close to unscathed. They are part of my secret to not getting sick. Drink them preventatively if you can. Gypsy Cold Care is very minty (so maybe add some honey), Throat Coat is sweeter and perfect just as it is.

When I was in Whole Foods someone pratically threw a few Lara Bars at me. I wasn't expecting much from the bar, but I tell you YUM! YUM! YUM!

So healthy and so darn good! You will be surprised just how good the bars are! The are raw food and kosher baby! A great snack and pick me up when you are on the go doing your thing!
