It's hard to get enough fiber.... this makes it easy. I have a latte with this every day and I get 25% of my fiber.... w00t! also, fiber helps you feel full, so you might drop some weight.

I have a hard time getting fiber, fruits, and veggies into my diet. Golden delicious apples are so tasty, light, and crisp that I love eating them. If I'm feeling the diet pain these help.... sometimes I'll eat two and look at that the same way I look at going to the gym: I'm doing something for myself.

HUGE DIET TIP!!!!!! These taste great and have low sugar... fill you up for at least 3-4 hours. if you crave a pizza or pasta or bread stop and eat one of these. The hunger will pass and you can move on to a health dinner filled with veggies.

I've lost a lot of weight this year (like 25+ pounds) and it was in large part to protein and fiber bars. I love the GNU bars because they give you like 50% of your daily fiber for 170 calories. I have one of these day and I keep them in my car, my office, my home office, my backpack, and my nightstand.
