Description

Getting to the gym is half the battle, so I broke down and brought the gym to me. This week we installed this huge commercial treadmill in our "gym" (aka the converted third parking space in our garage), and I have been on it every day.

There is something about rolling out of bed, throwing on your gym closes, grabbing the paper, pouring a cup of coffee, and walking 30 feet to your treadmill that is just... ummmm... AMAZING.

We got it three days ago and I've been on it three days in a row... bye bye fat Jason, hello Daniel Craig look alike!

I've been on Windows for 20 years. However, the 24" iMac has made me switch not only my computer, but everyone I work with. I've bought 12 of these iMacs and they are super fast, easy to use, and they have one plug (for power).

OS X is the perfect OS, Intel chips are super fast, and the design of these machines makes people happy.

Steve Jobs is God.

Since water is after all, well, WATER, bottled water merchands have to work extra hard to sell their own version of the water in a bottle (brilliant!) concept. for Fred, apparently it means being sold in a bottle that looks like a whiskey flask, but also hanging out at MySpace. Fred currently has 41 friends, not including Tom. After all, I wouldn't want to be Friend with a botle of water, it seems so, ephemeral...

And, at the risk of sounding dated, is this the same Fred that was too sexy for his shirt? (via notcot)
