Chateau Souverain Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 / Sonoma - Alexander Valley

Description
I have a general rule of thumb when picking out a Cabernet Sauvignon. If it comes from Alexander Valley it's gonna be good. I'm certain there are exceptions to this rule, but I have yet to encounter one. And this wine was LOVELY. Smooth and light-flavored, but distinctive. Would love to have another bottle if only I could find one! I may just order a few from this site ;)

I looked at my bedroom wall earlier today, the one where the headboard is (the one that I'm soooo tired of) and thought... what if we ditch the head and foot boards and replace them with wall decals? Then, by coincidence I was perusing an old Elle Decor magazine and came across this incredibly lovely wallpaper. I want it!

Spectacular! I found this Etsy store online via a different headband on another website which shall remain nameless and simply fell in love. It didn't hurt that the villainess of last season's Project Runway (Kenley, in case that isn't obvious) wore at least a couple different of these concoctions. Regardless, I carefully chose the one I had to have first (I want more!) and today it arrived.
Like I said, Spectacular! It's feminine, unique, and lovely. Even my husband digs it! FeatherBrain rocks!

What I love about this one is how the front and the back are different, howt he pattern matches the one-shoulder cut and it all pulls your eye down the body away from anything unflattering. And it's not too short which is always golden.

Another lovely dress. This one I could wear a bra with! I have a long-lasting love affair with purple, and who doesn't love a flutter sleeve. I bet this would look good on any figure. It's a TAD matronly so it would definitely require some daring accessories and mile-high shoes!
