I'm a life-long food lover, raised in the Pacific Northwest, where the
farmer's market reigns supreme. My family obsesses about food to an
almost unhealthy degree.
After getting a journalism degree from Boston University I covered
luxury goods, lifestyle and design for Fortune Magazine, and have
recently been freelancing for Fast Company. After six years as a
journalist I'm now working as a consultant, but I still write about
food, cooking and city life on my blog.
I live in a 106-year-old apartment in Cambridge, Mass. with my husband
Ben. We just got counters in the kitchen, which should improve life
substantially.
