I just came sooooooo close to ordering this from Tatty Devine. Then I had to go and convert from pounds (36.00) to U.S. dollars (54.00). OK, I knew it would be about that much. But seeing it all laid out like that, the, question became "Can I afford to buy a $50 necklace right now?" The answer, of course, being "no."
I probably would have done it if they used PayPal. I love this necklace! So it goes on my wish list, and I tap my foot until Christmas. (Why, oh why, is my birthday in January?)

This is just plain elegant. It will raise the style level of any bathroom or powder room, especially if black is in the color scheme. This makes me happy for the black trim in my bathroom. The lather is foamy and white, and the scent is like the ocean. Perfect stocking stuffer for the lover of fine things.

Collapsible Vase

Description
"This clever vase comes flat, as thin as a sheet of cardboard. To mold it you just fill it with hot water and hand form it to any shape you want. You then empty the fase and refill it with cold water to freeze the shape. After use, you can re-flatten it for storage by putting it back in hot water and smoothing it flat."

Engineer's Compass

Description
This is a dandy little compass, and a great value for the price. It will make a fine gift for the outdoorsperson and the urban trekker alike. Also, I've never seen a kid who didn't like a compass, and to have a good-quality one "of my very own!" would be just the thing. I have a compass just like this that was handed down to me from my grandfather. I cherish it.

Pocket Peeper

Description
This nifty little gizmo is a lights-up magnifying glass. Very pocket-sized and handy. I use it mostly in the car to look at maps, but also for menus in dark restaurants. I love it and use it all the time. As I get older the print just gets tinier and tinier. Someone on your list probably needs reading glasses but won't admit it. This is perfect for them!
