About Me

I am one of the most recognized and renowned yoga masters in the world. With over 25 years of experience with this ancient practice, I am well respected and well sought-after with a list of clientele that includes some of Hollywood’s top celebrities, professional athletes, and high ranking professionals.

I first discovered yoga at the request of my orthopedic surgeon to attend a class in New York after suffering from several knee and shoulder injuries. Yoga, my doctor said, would help my body rehabilitate from the damages caused by sports injuries. I was literally hooked after the first downward dog at Norman Allen’s studio in Manhattan. I watched this lean little yogi bend into powerful poses while maintaining the most serene expression, I was intrigued, excited. I have continued to practice yoga every day of my life since then.
