Holosync by Centerpointe : Guaranteed to produce deep, super-pleasurable meditative states, razor-sharp thinking, quantum leaps
First to recommend
Description
Mystics and medical doctors alike recommend meditation as a source of well-being. Meditating reduces stress, anxiety and the risk of heart disease. It calms the mind and improves concentration. It enhances confidence and energy. Meditators are known to be more spontaneous, happy, creative and purpose driven than non-meditators. The benefits are seemingly endless.
Essentially, this technology "meditates" you. Pop in the CD, put on your headphones and attain the same brain states as people who have been practicing for years. I was a bit skeptical at first, but have been very pleasantly surprised by the results. I am, in fact, happier and more peaceful than I've ever been. Things that used to really bother me don't phase me anymore. Also, people frequently comment on how "present" I am.

71" PurpleLite Travel Mat :: Yoga Mats

Description
I have a fairly hefty collection of yoga mats, and this one is my enduring favorite. I never slip on it, it's plenty long and it's manageable because it's so light. Plus, it didn't hold onto that new-yoga-mat stink longer than a day.

Swiss Business Tool

Description
This little gadget keeps just about every office tool I needâstapler, scissors, hole punch, staple remover, nail file, etc.âall in one place. My desk stays in order because I don't have all of those little things floating around. Its sleek, efficient design makes me feel very professional.

Logitech QuickCam

Description
After picking the brains of several tech geeks AND studying consumer reports and web reviews, I concluded that Logitech webcams are the best on the market. I can take it wherever I bring my laptop since it's tiny. I love being able to chat face to face with friends wherever I am in the world. Also, they're mostly meant for PCs, but I got it to work on my apple computer.

Amelie Michel Artrisans en Provence France Fine Tablecloths and Accessories
First to recommend
Description
Amelie Michel carries the crème de la crème of linnens from Provence. Very well made and beautifully designed, the linnens bring elegance to any table (no kitschy South of France style here). Since they are reversible and stain-resistant, they are suited to daily use as well as more formal occasions. Amelie Michel's herbs and spices are excellent as well.

These are the most amazing chocolates I have ever eaten. Yum. They're great for special occasions, since they're pricey. But definitely worth every penny...

Mariage Freres Tea

Description
Mariage Freres blends the fine wine of tea. Their teas are not only refined in taste, but also the ones with flower petals are lovely to look at. Marco Polo, Vanille des Iles and Eros are some of my favorites, and it's hard to go wrong with anything Mariage Freres makes. Truly producing the perfect cup, Mariage provides a decadent, spiritual, sensual experience.

Description
I love Scott's films and I'm not even a cycling fan. Scott is the original Borat: he bums around a foreign country in a stinky van, making an ass of himself. While he manages to offend fewer people, he is funny, passionate and well-worth watching.

Pinkberry is a delicious and refreshing treat if you live in the LA or NYC area. They offer healthy frozen yogurt with fruit and cereal toppings. Give yourself plenty of time if you plan to make a visit to Pinkberry, though- lines are often very long.

Glitter Balls

Description
The only toy my cat will have anything to do with is this little glitter ball. She absolutely loves it. When it isn't lost under the sofa, she puts it in her food dish for safekeeping. A great cheap thrill for pets...
