Bram Stoker's Dracula / Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, DVD

Description

Both films, Dracula (1992) and Frankenstein (1994), would make great Halloween movies. Even though Halloween was here a week ago, I would still watch Halloween movies a bit longer.

Even though I don't consider this film as a Halloween movie, but I got to say that he has the best 'Halloween costume' I ever seen. Still...it's a must-see flick.

Description

I'm a sucker for stop-motion animated films. This would be a great Halloween movie to watch with your family. Wallace & Gromit are trying to capture rabbits from eating their vegetable garden...until there came a were-rabbit.

Interview with the Vampire

4 people recommended this item

Description

Interview with the Vampire is a film based on the novel "Interview with the Vampire" by Anne Rice. Another must-see vampire flick to watch especially around Halloween time. You will see familiar faces starring in this film: Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Antonio Banderas, Christian Slater, and Kristen Dunst.

Louis (Brad Pitt) doesn't like being a vampire. He tries to tell the reporter (Christian Slater) that he is a 200-year-old vampire but the reporter doesn't seem to believe him.

Return to Oz, Nicol Williamson, DVD - Barnes & Noble

First to recommend

Description

Even though I watched this movie as a kid - Return to Oz may be a bit too scary for young children. I consider this as a Halloween version of "The Wizard of the Oz."

This story is about Dorothy not able to sleep well after her return to Kansas from Oz, and kept talking about the places and people she met at the Oz. Her mother worries about her mental health, so she took her to see a psychiatrist. Somehow, Dorothy woke up being back in the Land of Oz and noticed that everything has changed in a worse way.
