As an award winning fitness expert, author, rockstar trainer and nutritional chef, I am relentless in my pursuit to help others achieve their goals. Between monthly articles in Men’s Fitness and Maximum Fitness magazines, my weekly column for the CNC publisher, my daily blog and successfully operating-and personal training within- two emerging fitness training services, I continue to catapult to the top of my industry as one of fitness’ top experts.

My Boston-based training company, Purely Physique, is an award winning fitness service like no other. My team's unique programs reach the needs of a spectrum of fitness enthusiasts looking to improve their health, appearance and happiness. We help put a dent in the obesity epidemic to maintain Massachusetts as the fittest state in America.

Through my celebrity fitness and image consulting company Rock Star Physique, I have been the resident master trainer and nutritional chef on tours with artists such as Sevendust, Stone Sour, Saliva, Drowning Pool, Diecast, Red, Operator, Point 1 and other popular rock bands.

With more than a decade's worth of investment into education, certifications and experience in the health and fitness industry, I hold certifications from some of the most prestigious sports medicine and youth conditioning organizations from around the world.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, concentrating in exercise science. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer and am also a certified Youth Conditioning Specialist by the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA), which I was the first in the world ever to receive such an honor.
