I swear these guys are The Beatles of our generation and Daniel Johns is the John Lennon we lost! From their first album at age 14, to “Ana’s Song (Open Fire)” off Neon Ballroom (1999), through the complex and intelligent architecture of Diorama (2002) this band means business. They’re fearless with integrity. You can even sample the entire album on their website via a drag-n-drop menu on every page…how many artists do that?

Alright already, I’m human too. Unfortunately my favorite food group is Ice Cream…trust me it exists. I love ubër-premium creamy blends like Hagan-Dazs and Ben & Jerry’s but abs don’t so I rely on this tasty treat. Sheer Bliss eloquently infuses the decadence of dark chocolate chips with the velvety texture of pomegranate ice cream. This has to be one of the healthiest –most justifiable-cheat foods I’ve ever indulged.

Now-a-days we can easily purchase these amazing gels to garner our omega-3 needs for better health. This is by far my favorite fish oil and one of the only supplements I recommend to my clientele.
