That's right I said it. I'm not watching the Olympics, engaging in any Olympic hootenanny and trying not to buy from any company that sponsors the Olympics (this will be hard to do but I'll try my best) as long as they are hosted in the People's Republic of China; a Republic that doesn't look out for any of it's people. Shame on the IOC for bestowing a privilege like hosting the Olympic games upon a country that suppresses human rights amongst it's own people and people abroad.

This album is the Grand Wizard of the funk punk genre, "Mother's Milk" is widely regarded as RHCP's best album and I couldn't agree more. This would have been one of the first albums I would have ever recommended but for some reason I was under the impression that I already had recommended it. Since there are so many great songs that come off of this album it is hard to pick a select few but "Good Time Boys", "Higher Ground", "Subway to Venus", "Magic Johnson", "Punk Rock Classic" , "Stone Cold Bush" and most especially "Sexy Mexican Maid" are really memorable. LISTEN TO THIS ALBUM!
