Bulga Blesk Stud Tote

I've been eying the Bulga Blesk Stud Tote for some time. I couldn't quite make up my mind if I liked it or not, but after careful consideration I'm giving it my stamp of approval, with one caveat. Let me talk about all the aspects of this bag that I like. The large size makes it an ideal carry-all while its grey/taupe color is a soothing alternative to all the black bags we're seeing for the fall. The large top handles that are attached to the body of the bag give the design added comfort and stability, but I've left the best part for last.

Don't even think I've forgotten to offer up my thoughts on the randomly placed studs. I love them to death. They're large, clunky, shiny and are the perfect accents to such a large bag. The fact that they decided to place just a few of them on one side gives the 'Blesk' an asymmetrical look that's refreshing to see. My only bone to pick with this design is the lack of a detachable shoulder strap. It's impossible to carry this bag over the shoulder due to the minuscule 4" handle drop. An additional carrying option for such a large tote should be a must, but I can't dismiss the 'Blesk' for that omission. Its overall design is just too fabulous to even consider doing that. You'll have to suffer a bit to carry this tote, but we're used to suffering for fashion's sake.
