Shoshi, I was trying to find a good recipe for Pigs in a Blanket Jewish style and came across your Kosher Soul Food recipe, and it sounds delicious. I'm not sure if it is the same as my mother made, but it seems to come close. I also found an Israeli Couscous recipe. Was wondering where would I buy Israeli Couscous? I live in the San Antonio, TX area, and I have not found much of any kind of Jewish food here. If you could help that would be great. Bev Rush
