My mom loves her Nano iPod and she also loves to walk. This is a good combo of music and keeping track of your workout and calories burned. Plus our 2 minute video, will guide her through how to set it up and make it work for her, so not so difficult. She will love this.

You don't have to be some kind of super athlete or super geek to use the Nike + iPod. In fact, it is made so it is easy to use and it does really enhance your workout plus you look really cool.
