Description
The Rogan Gauze Blazer may prove to be the stand out piece from this line if early reviews hold true. This super lightweight blazer is incredibly well-constructed for the price. Actually, for any price. And the look is so unique. The transparent pale, pale green gauze is covering a leopard print lining, which shows through ever so slightly. My new favorite cover-up is sure to be this sassy windbreaker from Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers label. The lightweight construction is perfect for chilly summer evenings and the signature Harajuku Lovers style is anything but ordinary. The front may look all business, but the back features "This Love is Serious Harajuku Lovers" printed in yellow along with the "HL" heart logo. Sassy. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

This spring it's all about a super cute cropped trench coat to keep you comfortable without sacrificing style. While most puffer jackets sacrifice a flattering shape in favor of warmth, this jacket maintains a shapely, stylish look. The knit bands, shawl collar, and well-placed button details work together to create a fashionable, and quite "Sexy," take on the puffer jacket. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Description
For spring, yellow is the must-have color for your closet. If you're a little shy about wearing a dramatic yellow from head to toe, try the same golden color in a cropped jacket. Cropped jackets, like this one from Rebecca Taylor, are a hot silhouette for spring and a great way to infuse an otherwise basic outfit with a burst of bright color. Floral Print "Puffa" Jacket

Description
This "Floral Puffa" Jacket from Arden B. features details we don't commonly associate with puffer coats: a portrait collar, asymmetrical front snap closure, slim long sleeves, and ruched patch pockets. The look reminds me of those paintings of Elizabeth I reproduced in grade school history books. It will dress up any ensemble, but I'm thinking a particularly brave fashionista could pair it with a ball gown for a couture-ific party look. Me, not so brave. I'll stick with throwing it on over jeans and a turtleneck for a super warm look that oozes style. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Description
I fell in love with the Walter label the first time I stumbled across it at Barney's Co-Op. The designs are fresh and new, but still very upscale and well-made. This Cropped Jacket with Mock Cape is no exception. Just one look tells you that it is 100% designer fun and the unique shape is oh-so-trendy, but with a fresh take on both the cropped jacket and cape trends. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Description
I'll be honest, I never thought I would own a puffer jacket. When faced with a trip to Chicago during the worst cold spell in decades (it was -19 when we landed), I gave in. That coat saved my life-- probably literally-- and turned out to be a chic addition to my wardrobe. I'm now a puffer fan. For winter, I'm loving this Juicy Couture Quilted Puffer Jacket. It is fitted and functional, and comes complete with a fab faux fur trim. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Want to go glam plaid? Head over to the master himself, Marc Jacobs, for a Sherlock Holmes-y Brushed Plaid Jacket. This amazing confection has the designer details that will set it apart from the pack of followers. The cape collar and blue plaid pattern have the fall trends down pat. A tie waist accents the figure and the slightly gathered 3/4 sleeves add a stylish touch. This is an investment piece that works plaid in all the right ways. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Description
Having lived through the grunge era, and partaken of the faux-homeless look courtesy of Marc Jacobs and Kurt Cobain circa 1993, I'm not about to go back down that road. Thankfully, this time around, plaid has taken a ladylike turn.
This Cropped Plaid Jacket by Gap has a slightly boxy fit that reminds me more of Jackie O. in her Camelot days than the wannabe grunge gods I went to high school with. I see it with a black pencil skirt for a retro-cool look, or slim jeans and layered sweaters for a more modern silhouette. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)

Looking like a well-preserved leftover from the Revolutionary War, this military-style Felted Wool Coat by Esprit is strong, stylish, and unique. From the fold-over collar and double-breasted button front to the scalloped hem, this coat stands out in a crowd. It's not a coat for wallflowers, but it is super sleek fashionista fun. Wear it over this fall's layered sweaters and skinny pants to complete the look or pair it with your everyday basics to add a little spice. This designer-look coat will transform any outfit in an instant. (via Adventures in the Stiletto Jungle)
