DiskWarrior has saved my butt more than once, and just did so again a few minutes ago, completely rebuilding my filesystem from scratch. I honestly don't know of a more under-valued piece of butt-saving software that doesn't stream porn or allow you to twitter from a lampshade.

Plug in my drive? Doesn't work? Not even recognized by my mac? Start up DW4.1, it runs through the drive and finds everything that was missing that it needs to find the files that it lost or can't find and just plain fixes it.

Wow. (And I don't mean world of warcraft, you geek). Just plain cool.

I love you, DiskWarrior. I really really do.

Description

Just purchased one of these, and so far I'm very pleased with the results. Though I must admit it was a bit of a bear to set up the wireless features, I was eventually (after two days) able to get everything to work that supposed to work, both wired and wireless. Not exactly what you would call plug and play. Still, as my kids say, it's "pretty."
