Mike Sorrentino was cast on the MTV Show The Jersey Shore. Mike, an assistant manager of a fitness center in Staten Island, refers to himself as "The Situation." A confident individual, he strikes up friendships, romances and performs well as an employee in the t-shirt shop. He coined the term "GTL" gym, tan, laundry to describe his daily routine.
