Babies are the 3rd most scary thing in the world to me right now (don't ask about numbers one and two). But the ability to wear these super cool cufflinks makes the whole process seem a little more agreeable. They also probably make a pretty cool/weird heirloom.

I got 6 down the hatch at one minute on the dot. This is supposed to be borderline impossible, but I've got skillz.

Easily one of the greatest bar bets ever.

A great set of stories, each one beter than the last. It is hard to beleive it's all true. A super entertaining read and a great insight into a time and a place that I personally find fascinating.

I think Anthony Bozza did a great job ghost writing this- it really feels honest, from the hip, and mostly as if it was all Slash's own words.

What could be cooler than this? One of those things that are brilliant and totally new, but leave you scratching your head as to why it hadn't been done before.

I'm excited about the prospect of this thing terrorizing lakes and bays around the world very soon. Maybe one day there will even be a professional racing circuit. My training begins today!

Here's the thing with Heineken- it is wildly popular and super advertised. So you already know about it and don't need my recommendation. But I was just reminded this weekend about what a great great beer it is. Simply a perfect light-ish pilsner, probably impossible to do better. How cool is that?something that is so great and so perfect but so cheap and widely available.

My daily go to pen. I like the feel of a fountain, and this Lamy is about as reliable and functional as you can get. I don't use a pen and paper much these days, but I when I do I think it's cool to do it in style.

What a beautiful, cool, functional idea. I need one for the beach pad.

I have a feeling more than a couple DYI'ers will attempt a replica. I might try myself. I think the trick will be perfect alignment of the trucks so that the spinning glass will never go off center after a few turns? (via boing boing)

Description

Bow ties are awesome and this is a great one- hand tied, high quality, very cool.

If you are getting married have some class and 1) spend those air miles on first class tickets for the honeymoon, and 2) spring for a hand made bow tie to wear with the tux. One of the many small things that adds up to something great.
