Vacationland Hooked Rug
First to recommend
Description
L.L. Bean adds to their collection of appealing Vacationland rugs with a winter selection, including a sledding dog (pictured), a peaceful ski scene, and a vintage truck (my favorite), among others. At $24.95, it's cheaper than many of those printed Christmas mats that fade after the first Christmas.

I swear, nobody knows toddler transportation like Radio Flyer. You'll never see one of these babies at a garage sale!
I would measure carefully, however, to make sure your baby driver won't outgrow it too soon.

So. Glad. I don't need one of these anymore. But if you still live in a snowy area, one of these would be great fun in the park.

I personally feel that I'm a little long in the tooth to wear much in the way of Hello Kitty gear, but this bag is oh so discreet--it looks like just another beautiful leather bag until you get a glimpse of the Hello Kitty lining and the tiny HK faces on the hardware. (via Fashion Kitty)

The face doesn't get imprinted on the toast too well unless you get the toast dark and crispy, but nonetheless, the toaster's durn cute.

Did anyone else have these instead of Lincoln Logs as a child? I remember playing with the fort set in my aunt and uncle's REALLY COOL basement rec room. And now I can get them for my own little guy to make forts and cabins and whatever else he can think of. Made in the good old U.S. of A. from natural materials, so no lead paint worries. The semi-aqua blue looks very sophisticated with the black, doesn't it? Whales in the rain. Funny.

Bunches of charms, both vintage and new. Fun summer colors. Makes me think of the 70s somehow--must be that "pinball wizard" charm.

It's got a squirrel... and an acorn... and I love the quirky off-centered thing she's got going on with this.
