Tolani Tunic (Lilac)

First to recommend

Description

This tunic reminds me so much of my childhood. The fabric is so light and pure. In Nigeria, where I grew up by the beach in Lagos, we wear light clothing that keeps us cool. Our traditional fabrics are pure, thin, hand-made, and organic.

This is my favorite book. In exile from Nigeria, where he was born, Wole Soyinka won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1986 and now lives in London. This is one of the widest-read plays in African drama and a must-read.

Dr. Brown's Microwave Sterilizer

Description

When you have small children, your kitchen becomes at least as much a parenting prep station as it does a space for cooking. Case in point, my favorite kitchen gadget of the moment: Dr. Brown's Microwave Steam Sterilizer. It makes cleaning and sterilizing a snap.
