I had the same identical model, same problem. 2 weeks out of 12 month warranty. Samsuck said "Sorry, out of warranty".
Samslug products are garbage.
Bought a 65" Toshiba for the great room and a 42" Hatachi plasma for the master bed room. The 12 year old Sony 64" is still as good as new in my garage.
