how genius are these? wooden cutting boards with laser engraved illustrations positioned in the grain. no 2 will ever be the same. brilliant. the astronaut is especially excellent! great as a gift, given with a big block of manchego. (via www.charlesandmarie.com)

I'm becoming kind of an olive oil fanatic. I first tried this one when I worked for Thomas Keller & it quickly became one of my favorites. The taste is amazing - clean & bright & when you learn the story of Armando Manni & his family - the higher price will seem worth it. Beautifully packaged, it makes a thoughtful gift for your favorite gourmand.
