About Me

I am a professionally trained healthy foods chef and a certified holistic health counselor. I love really delicious food and I want to help others find great healthy food that they can love. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m reading, I watch a ton of movies. I’m a 12 year old boy trapped in the body of a 31 year old woman: i love video games and comics! I really want to encourage people to eat and buy local. the food tastes better and you’re helping your community, your helping small farmers, and you’re helping cut down on pollution. There’s nothing better than in-season stuff. Everybody wins.
