Jaqua Peach Parfait Exfoliating Body Polish
First to recommend
Description
Jaqua is a little French brand that is licensed by Bath and Body Works and sold in their online store and some of their bigger storefronts (mostly flagship stores). The brand is simple and elegant, with a small array of very nice smelling products. The Peach Parfait is incredible, with just enough "peachiness" to be noticed without smelling like a lollipop. It's a great exfoliator, too, without being too harsh. Excellent product!!

The Body Shop Papaya Body Butter

Description
The Body Shop usually comes in second place behind Bath and Body Works for me in terms of products. However, there are a few things that The Body Shop does so well, I will continue to "cheat" on my usual body care spot with them for. Body butter is one of these things. The consistency of it is just right-- thick enough to heal dry, cracked skin but smooth enough to not leave a greasy feeling on your body.
The papaya body butter is my favorite by far. The smell is a total original, unlike the standard coconut or mango smells of summer. A great follow-up to a strong exfoliant that leaves skin in need of a little moisture and TLC!!

MAC Studio Moisture Fix SPF 15
First to recommend
Description
My skin is about as temperamental as a thirteen year old female with ADHD. Some days it's dry, some days it's oily, some days I am fit to be the face of Neutrogena and others I am fit to portray a serial killer in a slasher movie.
However, one thing that is consistent with my skin...
I ALWAYS need sun protection and I ALWAYS need a good base for my makeup, should I wear any that day.
This moisturizer evens out my skin and leaves in luminous and touchable. It is also an excellent primer for makeup, and with SPF 15, has just the right sun protection. I used to be an only-Clinique kind of girl, but this moisturizer has won me over!

C.O. Bigelow Raspberry Mentha Vitamin Body Wash
First to recommend
Description
C.O. Bigelow is the oldest apothecary store in New York City. Its brand was acquired by Limited Brands a few years back, and since, the "Honest, Genuine, Trustworthy" products of Bigelow can be found much beyond the island of Manhattan. Most recently, Bigelow has capitalized on its very popular Mentha line (breath-freshening lip gloss, anyone?) and come out with minty fresh shampoo, conditioner, body scrub and body wash.
Just in time for summer, they also decided to throw some fruit-and-mint combo body washes into the mix, featuring Mentha Raspberry, Mentha Lime, Mentha Lemon and Mentha Orange. All smelled pretty delicious, but the raspberry won my heart. Just the right combination of scents, and a quality body-wash consistency, composed of all-natural ingredients. Bigelow is, indeed, "Honest, Genuine, Trustworthy", as I have yet to be disappointed with a single product from them!

Nutella

Description
Okay, this might sound crazy, but I JUST had nutella for the first time today, at the age of 23. Crazy, I know. I can't believe what I've been missing! Kind of like peanut butter, but chocolate-y! And hazelnut-y! YUM.
Try it on a whole grain english muffin with sliced banana.
FREAKING DELICIOUS I TELL YA.

Fanning Sandals by Reef with a built in bottle opener
4 people recommended this item
Description
I have an overly aggressive collection of flip-flops. From those that cost me three dollars at Old Navy, to those that cost me forty at J Crew, I usually try not to pick favorites.
My Reefs, however, win. Hands down.
Although I bought white sandals, which is always a mistake, they are very easy to clean with a little 409 and a sponge, and are easily the most comfortable sandals I have ever owned. This alone would be cause for praise, but then I balance on one foot (as any cheerleader should do with ease), and crack my Magic Hat #9 (or other delicious brew) with my SANDAL and the boys come a-running. The first pair of footwear without a stiletto heel that has scored this gal a date, thats for sure.

Hendrick's Gin
5 people recommended this item
Description
So. I may or may not have been taught how to make a G&T before I could sufficiently tie my shoes on the first try, but I assure you I did not start drinking the stuff myself until senior year of college.
I was always opposed to the piney taste of Beefeater and Bombay that my parents usually had me use when playing ten-year-old bartender, so I was always wary of gin in general, sticking to vodka and rum. However, my dad usually has an elaborate collection of gin at their house, and most recently, he made me a gin and tonic with Hendrick's. The cucumber and rose petals it is infused with give it a much less offensive smell and bite, while still being a hearty gin. Coming from someone who is slowly starting to enjoy liquor of this persuasion, Hendrick's is an excellent place to start.

The only thing better than Godiva chocolate is Godiva chocolate in liquid form, with alcohol in it!
Makes excellent martinis with some vanilla vodka. Also makes excellent holiday-inspired shots with some peppermint schnapps.
Also...try it with coconut rum and a little 99 Bananas over ice...absolutely delicious! An alcoholic's banana split!
