I am the owner and founder of Amy´s Bread. Fourteen years ago I opened a small bread bakery on Ninth Avenue in NYC, creating all the recipes and training a team of 5 bakers. Today we have 120 employees and we make a huge variety of products from bread to morning pastries, sandwiches and salads, bars and cookies, and old-fashioned layer cakes. Things I love to do: fine dining, bicycling, running, art museums, travel (mostly international), and gardening.
