Description
For $499, this is the perfect gas grill for your backyard, hands down. The innovated infrared technology has received a slight makeover in this grill, combined with the sleek, stainless steel look that Char-Broil has relied on for its TEC line of grills.
The infrared burner leave not cold spots or hot spots, and allow for easy grilling without flame-ups. No burned meat, just great-tasting food.

Description
"Perform" is exactly what this grill does. The performer is just a 22.5 inch Weber kettle sitting in a rolling cart that comes with a bunch of extras. But it is these extras that take the kettle to the next level.
The lid comes equipped with a thermometer built right in. The cart had the famous slide away lid holder and a handy pull-out charcoal storage bin.
The Weber Kettle is a phenomenal product, and the Peformer just makes it better.

Description
This accessory is great for grill masters that do their work in the dark. The fork or spatula attachment fits into a slot in the front of the torch. That slot is surrounded by small bulbs that illuminate what ever you are doing.
Sure, it may be for the grill master that has everything, but you sure have to admire this kind of thinking outside of the bos.

Description
Grill Charms. This is the perfect gift for the grill master who has everything. Use the grill charms to designate who gets which steak, or designate how well done the steak should be. A really great stocking stuffer.

Description
Char-Broil has outdone itself this year with the Infrared Oil-less Turkey Fryer. I have cooked a couple of turkeys and a chicken in it. The concept is great. No oil. No mess. No fire danger.
Only problem with the IR fryer is that it needs a flame control switch. Right now, the 1st gen model on sports ON or OFF. Consequently, if you aren't paying attention, your bird couuld get extra crispy on the outside before the inside is done.
Despite that fact, there are work arounds and I highly recommend picking one up.
