During the day, I work in advertising and marketing, but my passion is artisanal cheese. I discovered it one day at a fundraiser for Slow Food that featured an American artisanal cheese and wine pairing, and I was blown away. It opened up a whole new world for me! As the Cheese Impresario, I organize personlized Artisanal Cheese Tasting Adventures and write a column for the Bevery Hills Times.
