Having been raised in the tradition of my French relatives, I feel that dessert should be a daily pleasure rather than an indulgence reserved for the occasional celebration. This philosophy inspired my husband, Charles, and I to open Sprinkles Cupcakes, The
Original Cupcake Bakery.
My cupcakes have been featured on The Food Network's "Unwrapped",
"Good Morning America" and "The Oprah Winfrey Show" as well as in
numerous publications, including Food & Wine, Bon Appetit and The New
York Times. Having quickly distinguished myself as the nation’s
foremost cupcake maven, my baking tips have been published on the
Oprah website, I've been a guest judge on the Food Network's
Throwdown with Bobby Flay, one of OC Metro's Top 40 under 40 for 2007
and a speaker at USC's Marshall School for Entrepreneurial
Studies.
