In 2002, I was an art director who was plagued by papers and procrastination. I was painfully aware that my whole life needed to be organized and reprioritized. The preference for disorder, sometimes attributed to “Creative” types was a complete distraction to my true “Duty Filler” personality. After spending almost 15 years in the creative chaos of design firms, I decided it was time to switch gears and take control of my cluttered life. By combining my graphic design experience and my desire for simpler living a new career was born. I now spend my time growing and spreading JOYS, an intuitive visual method for organizing stuff and enjoying the challenges that come with being my own boss, launching a new brand and living a balanced life.
