Description
An indispensable tool for those that routinely mistreat their magazines and catalogs by ripping pages out to remember things.
I can remember how wrong it felt the first time I tore a page out of a magazine, even though the magazine was headed for the recycle bin. It felt like such a violation... Now I routinely do this but often can't remember which item it was that I was interested in.
This neat tool allows you to quickly and safely cut out the specific thing that caught your eye. The extremely small blade will not hurt you, you can even through this in your pocket. It is fasty and easy to use, unlike the several other tools I experimented with before finding this one. When I first heard about this ages ago from Cool Tools, they were sold out. I randomly checked back and they were finally in stock. A must have. (via Cool Tools)

Description
I have carried around a small Swiss Army knife for years and have always found it useful. It was often underpowered for common tasks though (like cutting through the hard clear plastic that every product seems to come in nowadays). This knife is small and the scissors are powerful. They cut through fingernails and that evil plastic with equal ease.
The fact that it includes a bottle opener for opening the celebratory beer after your struggle to get the product out of the packaging is just a bonus. (via Eric Hammond)
