A Passion for Health

My mom was one of the original Jack LaLanne fans. She tried the eggshells in the meatloaf trick on us. Health and wellness now is the fastest growing market on the planet because all the baby boomers all at the same time are into it. This is very timely since we are a country that is very wealthy and well fed but nutritionally deficient with too many people getting serious diseases. Wish i could spend 24/7 studying and getting the word out on how to prevent these diseases by changing peoples' eating habits and lifestyles. My mother's father was a MD in Beverly Hills as I was growing up. I found out that I had his medical gene when I attended the Arizona School of Massage Therapy and was in a cadaver lab studying organs and muscles and loving it. If you haven't seen Body Works, put it at the top of your list when it comes to your city!
