I am a restauranteur in Asheville, NC. I own and operate the number one restaurant in Asheville. We marry world flavors together and put a twist on international dining. We fly our fish in daily from Hawaii and we don´t have any freezers in the restaurant. When I´m not in the restaurant, I spend a lot of time on community boards. The rest of my time is spent with my 6-year-old daugher Jordan, who´s the light of my life.
