I am a singing photographer, (or a photographing singer depending on where you sit) who has written articles for various publications in Los Angeles for years, both freelance and as a staff writer. I’m a supporter of creative expression (unless that expression involves white shoes with black stockings…booooo!). I love photography because faces fascinate me…every set of eyes tells a unique story. At least if I’m looking through a camera lens, I have an excuse to stare… without the camera, I’m just a nosy chick who gets crazy looks for staring too long! I love music because…well it just moves me. I have to sing, be it in a shower, or on a stage…luckily I’ve been able to do both and I am loving every moment!

Purchase you’ll make?

Can’t say for certain, but the probability of my next purchase involving footwear is pretty high!

Trend in design?

Clean, simple open spaces…I am glad to see the demise of the flowered sofa and gold-plated faucet.

Car you’d like to own?

A mini cooper convertible…it’s small, light, good on gas and durn cute!

Big step you’d like to make?

To have my creativity completely afford me the ability to live my life joyfully & abundantly…buh bye day job! ☺

Fad that will fade?

Monster SUVs; the earth-destroyer 2006’s don’t look so hot when it costs $500 to fill the tank; And SUPER low rise jeans…the world can only take so much crack!

Vacation you’ll take?

Turks & Caicos or Bali are high on my list of nexts…perfection equals a catamaran, still crystal-blue waters, sunny skies, warm gentle breezes and an umbrella’d drink…

Thing you’re going to fight for?

Children’s opportunity to dream, laugh and play! This world is so full of hard edges and cold places. I look around at children today and see hardened little people at the ripe ages of 3 and 4…innocence fading at an alarming rate. I’d love to figure out a way to nurture the creative spirit of this next generation…being silly is absolutely necessary during childhood!

Children…let a cherub-cheeked cutie come within pinching distance, and the most serious and refined people become puddin’ piles of cooing silliness. I bet John Ashcroft even “Peek-a-boos” cute babies!

”Hell to tha No!” The book that Bobby Christina (Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown’s daughter) will write when she’s older…what a page turner that’ll be huh?

Thing that will change the world?

Laughter and music…have those two things going at once and watch out “evil-doers” ☺

Pocky Sticks…I’m addicted!!! (Asian Desert cookie/cracker thingees… the strawberry are a whole ‘nother kind o’ delicious!)
