T...morehe back of the bag is wonderfully padded so even with a bunch of lumpy items in the bag you won't feel them sticking into your back.

As for features, how long have you got? ;-) It has card and pen holders, a detachable cellphone holder, headphone outlet, key clip and dozens of compartments; some of which are removable should you need more space. The zips have locking rings so you can padlock the bag shut. Samsonite really have thought of everything... it's just a shame I don't need to carry my laptop around more often so I can show off this fantastic backpack!
