sailboat, preferably wood, sloop rig, capable of live aboard. I wanna sail the seas!

sustainable, renewable sources. I've seen alot of great upcycling lately, mostly in the fashion industry. In building i've seen alot of creative use of materials that are both cost and energy saving. walkable urban planning, incentive programs for mass transit and bicycle commuting.
