Certified Meditation Instructor
Well, let's begin with YOGA. I have studied and taught many Exercise & Self-Help Modalities since 1982; a Teacher & Practitioner of Yoga and its Philosophies with a BA in Art & Yoga/Body-Centered Therapies. I attend on-going training with professionals in the Field of Yoga and Self-Development to Enhance my Teaching and Yogic-Lifestyle & Creative Coaching Abilities. My creative gifts (so much so, I can't stop), spiritual activism and intuitive insight enhance my practice & give those that practice with me an awareness of their uniqueness & potential.
Carrie B! (that's me) wrote an Action Research Project on Yoga and its Benefits for my M.Ed. program and has a diverse background BioFeedback, Jungian Psychology, Depth Psychology & Inner Work.
I am an initiated member of Raja Yoga at The Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA, and an initiated member of Shoonya Meditation & Shambhavi Maha Mudra as Founded by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev of Isha Yoga. My time is spent time working on my websites, reading, gardening, walking my labyrinth, running, meditating, camping (spending time with nature) & creating jewelry.
Carrie B! (me again) founded Yoga Spirit Center in 2000, although I have taught yoga since 1994. I've taught at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Scottsdale, AZ, Eastern Michigan University & Ohio University & I work with Chiropractors, Doctors, Hospitals & Rehab Centers, The MS, Girl Scouts of America and of course individuals like YOU!
If you would like to contact Carrie (me) for further info or speaking engagements or classes, please email gyptc@yahoo.com.

~~JEWELRY DESIGNER~~
Started making jewelry in 1990 by simply beading! Onto other classes @ Arizona State University in Metalsmithing & Mesa Community Classes. Continued with classes in Broad Ripple, IN, and most recently I learned PMC at the Columbus Cultural Center. So it's moved into a bigger scale operation for me...and I love it!! I sew a little and make items that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE not available in stores. Now I'm teaching myself to crochet & knit. You never know what I'll make, but enjoy!
