I saw this in Bed Bath & Beyond after a friend reccomended. Its these food managemnt discs. I tried them and I did lose 7 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks and ate my own food. I just read about them in USA Today and they said they are the next new thing. They are really cute as well. (via Stacey Cooper)
