Description

Brilliant! My DIY eyesore of an enhanced radio arial still only got me pretty poor reception in my apartment (my neighborhood of brick and brownstone is pretty to look at, but not great for radio waves), but with this radio I can listen to crystal clear NPR sans the eyesore!

The NPR version of the Livio makes it easy for NPR types to listen to public radio, but you're not limited it - you can tune to any of over 16,000 non-NPR stations worldwide! (-As you might guess by the number of exclamation points, I'm pretty excited about this.) When you buy the NPR version, the nice folks at Livio donate a portion of the proceeds to benefit NPR - warm fuzzies.

So anyway, how does it do all this? It's an internet thing :) How did we live survive before the internet?
