We've had O Premium Waters for over 4 years now and have never had a problem. I have heard complaints about them that I know are bogus. We have always had great service, fast, prompt and friendly. Our son has to have pure water due to a congenital issue and O Premium is the best tasting purest water we have found. The testing really proves the truth about their water.
