What is the next...
Purchase you’ll make?
A new mountain bike, mine is thrashed.
Trend in design?
If its sprayed with a flame retardent chemical, no one is going to buy it, especially in the Midwest where we know that these chemicals are being found in the Great Lakes.
Car you’d like to own?
I've never been much of a car freak. If it goes forward and backward when I tell it to, that's fine.
Big step you’d like to make?
Enough land to grow my own food.
Fad that will fade?
Anything to do with cellphones. It's all a bunch of nonsense.
Vacation you’ll take?
The Oregon Coast. There's nothing better.
Thing you’re going to fight for?
Water. If we don't have clean water, we don't have a sound economy. The Great Lakes, the largest source of fresh water on the planet, are becoming increasingly polluted. This is where I make my stand.
Secret that’s going to leak?
Dick Cheney is actually the anti-christ.
Hollywood blockbuster going to be about?
I really don't care.
Life you’ll lead?
Bush pilot. Alaska.
Fountain of youth?
Dark beer. Stouts and Porters are full of anti-oxidents.
Book you’ll read?
Anything by Phillip Dick.
Thing that will change the world?
The melting of the north pole icecap. It's going to change shipping and communication between Asia and North America.
Guilty-pleasure food in which you’ll indulge?
Cashews.
Person to whom you’ll say, “I love you”?
Mom.
