If you miss the '70s, have no fear, they're coming back in a big way. '70s fashions are all over the runways and moving in to stores right before our eyes. 18th Amendment seems to be a leader in the jeans department, with fantastic high waisted, flare jeans. They're much more flattering than the skinny jean, and equally bold.
